The Hills - Could This Be the Last Season?

Hmmm, I sure hope not! I'm a huge huge huge fan! I luv the weekly guilty pleasure and counting the days till the new season. According to an article I found here, Lauren Conrad says this may be the last season

She says, "Every season, I think it's the last. Right now, I think this is the last season. I go through phases when I've been filming where I wake up in
the middle of the night and I think I'm being filmed," she says. "That's when I have to take a vacation."

I don't think that they would honestly stop the show, they probably make some nice cash from the show and the publicity they receive... money talks!

Well, let's hope she keeps changing her mind!

Rachel Bilson - New Clothing Line "Edie Rose"

The fashion world is increasing more and more with celebrity designers, this time Rachel Bilson is getting in the game. She has partnered with DKNY Jeans and her line will debut this September.

'This line is my main focus right now' she said, ' I can't draw at all, so I won't be doing any sketches, but I am learning to sew. I think it's important to know more about the whole process of making clothes.'

"This is something that I have been interested in doing for such a long time," the actress says. "I was just waiting for the perfect opportunity for it to be done right." Rachel contacted the company and asked if they produce her collection. "Fans of The O.C. really like DKNY Jeans, and I know they make great stuff, so I thought it could be good," she explains.

The collection is comprised of 15 pieces, including jackets, tops, sweaters, jeans and dresses. The name Edie Rose is made from Edie, her grandmonther's name and Rose after a close family friend.

"I want people to see these clothes for what they are, not just another line designed by another celebrity," she says. "I want the line to be taken seriously." Every piece is priced under US$50 because "I also want to show people that you don't have to pay a million dollars for clothes that look good.”

Shannen Doherty Returning to 90210! - Confirmed

According to the OK! Magazine article, Shannen Doherty will be returning to the new 90210!!! That is such great news!

Producers for the show confirm that the deal is done and Shannen will indeed be back!At an event to promote the show on Saturday, producer Gabe Sachs confirmed that Shannen, who was rumored to have caused much on-set strife with her diva antics during the original run of the show, will be returning as Brenda Walsh in a guest role and that she'll be the drama teacher in charge of directing a staged musical within the episode.

"She was very, very, very mad," explains Audrina in the interview — which you can check out when the next issue of OK! hits stands on Thursday! "She said it’s her house. But this is my room. I said, 'We’re not taking pictures of your house — don’t be rude.' It just adds to the tension. Now she thinks I’m sneaky and shady for doing this photo shoot, yet she and her team knew about it. She won’t let it go."

The Kitson boutique located in West Hollywood has no longer carry the Lauren Conrad Collection. It claims to have had poor sales.

“Sales were lackluster,” Kitson owner Fraser Ross says. “Initially it was great. They need to realize it’s no different than selling your album, your TV shows, your movies. You have to keep promoting it.”

That's too bad, I'm thinking this may be a good lesson for her PR team.

So You Think You Can Dance - What Happened to Jessica?

Well I just turned on my TV, anticipating for the latest installment of my favorite show, mind you 24 minutes late... Twitch and Comfort are in front of the judges (and the judges aren't happy)... but wait a minute I'm thinking... what is Comfort doing with Twitch? She was voted off last week! It hit me, they've must have made an announcement at the beginning of the show... but who did she replace I'm thinking?

So I just logged on to find out who she replaced and turns out it is Jessica King! Apparently she has a rib injury!

In a statement released by Fox, top judge and executive producer Nigel Lythgoe said,

"I would like to say how sorry I am that Jessica cannot continue dancing in the competition at the advice of her doctor. Her full recovery is paramount and will only come with rest. We are fortunate that Comfort has agreed to rejoin the competition and know that under the circumstances she has Jessica's full support."

I'm wondering what happened, the judges have been overly hard on Jessica (in my opinion), especially when the judges wished they could have sent home two girls to save one of the bottom three boys (Thane).

What do I think about this? Well, I will tell you... I like Comfort for her hip hop style but honestly that's about it, she is great at her dance genre... but... I don't think her skills are versatile enough to be in the top ten. Jessica, although not as well liked as the others by the judges, but at least Jessica showed versatility and passion. Jessica was not my favorite but I think she has a lot more to offer and her best was still yet to come.

I sure hope so! I happen to be perusing the Internet, looking for the latest with Sex and the City and came across this delicious piece of information from X17online.com... According to their article the HBO folks are very interested in a sequel... I'm sure they are and I know us fans are too! I luved the movie, it truly was as expected, fantabulous!

The article says: Michael Lombardo, head of HBO programming on the west coast said:

"There is enormous interest by Warner Brothers Newline to do another Sex and the City, and I think, in fact, they're trying with our help to put that together now. When that happens, how long it will be, I can't say. I think everybody associated with that project was really heartened by, the enthusiasm from the fans of the show."
