So You Think You Can Dance - What Happened to Jessica?

Well I just turned on my TV, anticipating for the latest installment of my favorite show, mind you 24 minutes late... Twitch and Comfort are in front of the judges (and the judges aren't happy)... but wait a minute I'm thinking... what is Comfort doing with Twitch? She was voted off last week! It hit me, they've must have made an announcement at the beginning of the show... but who did she replace I'm thinking?

So I just logged on to find out who she replaced and turns out it is Jessica King! Apparently she has a rib injury!

In a statement released by Fox, top judge and executive producer Nigel Lythgoe said,

"I would like to say how sorry I am that Jessica cannot continue dancing in the competition at the advice of her doctor. Her full recovery is paramount and will only come with rest. We are fortunate that Comfort has agreed to rejoin the competition and know that under the circumstances she has Jessica's full support."

I'm wondering what happened, the judges have been overly hard on Jessica (in my opinion), especially when the judges wished they could have sent home two girls to save one of the bottom three boys (Thane).

What do I think about this? Well, I will tell you... I like Comfort for her hip hop style but honestly that's about it, she is great at her dance genre... but... I don't think her skills are versatile enough to be in the top ten. Jessica, although not as well liked as the others by the judges, but at least Jessica showed versatility and passion. Jessica was not my favorite but I think she has a lot more to offer and her best was still yet to come.
